Clark, who led the nation in scoring with an average of 31.9 points per game and topped the assists category with 8.9 per game, was a unanimous choice from a 35-member national media panel. She becomes the 11th player in history to earn this distinction three times.
Joining Clark on the first team are freshmen JuJu Watkins of USC and Hannah Hidalgo of Notre Dame. Watkins has already made a mark by scoring 810 points, ranking fourth most for a freshman all-time, while Hidalgo averaged 23.3 points, 6.4 rebounds, 5.5 assists, and led the nation in steals with an average of 4.6 per game.
Other standout players on the All-America team include UConn’s Paige Bueckers, who returned to form with an average of 21.3 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 3.7 assists.
