I am a Canadian living in Los Mochis, State of Sinaloa, Mexico since June 2009!
I have my Canadian Passport which is valid till November 2013 and will hatve on next October 21, in Mazatlan, my Mexican VISA !!!
My question is: Do I need an American VISA to go and visit the State of California and the State of Arizona next January 2012?
My sonand his bride want to go to Mazatlan for there honey moon. My question is Safety. Is it safe for them if they are staying at an all inclusive resort
Hi Kelly. I just got back from Mazatlan and I would say they would be safe anywhere they decide to stay. It’s a beautiful place filled with great people! I’m sure they will have a happy honeymoon.
I would say they will be perfectly safe. In all inclusive resorts, however, there are many Canadians and Americans who think they need to get their money’s worth of food and drink and are drunk and disorderly in the pool by 9 in the morning. If they try not to call attention to themselves in any way, just like they hopefully would at home, they will be fine. The people who get into trouble here are often flashing expensive items/money around, or are inebriated.
