2017 Carnival Parade!

Traditional Banda music, colorful and magnificent floats, elegant costumes, crazy animals (alebrijes), dances, dragons, tons of Pacifico beer, joy and excitement, all contributed to the 2017 Mazatlan Carnival. An estimated 400, 000 revelers lined the street from Olas Altas to Valentinos. attendees enjoyed this event.

Mazatlan  is ready to welcome more than 600,000 visitors for the 2017 Carnaval celebrations from February 23 to 28. Mazatlan’s Carnival is labelled the most important in Mexico and the 3rd largest on an international level. According to the Tourism Ministry hotel booking are under 90% and the economic benefit to Mazatlan will be about $200 million pesos.
